Alphanumeric Sender ID requirements:
1. Enter between 3 - 11 characters that represents the brand identity of the Sender. You can include upper- and lower-case letters, the numbers 0 - 9, and spaces.
2. Include at least one letter.
3. Do not use ASCII special characters (e.g. #, @).
4. For Saudi Arabia, if you are sending promotional messages, your Sender ID needs to have an '-AD' suffix.
5. For Jordan, if you are sending promotional messages, your Sender ID needs to have an 'ADV' prefix.
6. For UAE, if you are sending promotional messages, your Sender ID needs to have an 'AD-' prefix.
7. For Kuwait, if you are sending promotional messages, your Sender ID needs to include ‘AD’ within the name.
8. For Cuba, spaces and numbers are not supported in Sender ID name and Sender ID must be only in uppercase or only in lowercase.
9. For Mexico and Russia, spaces are not supported.
10. For Italy,your senderID must comply with the ALIAS Code of Conduct, with particular attention required to the structure and use of aliases (i.e., alphanumeric senderIDs) for business messaging services, in compliance with Italian Communications Authority, AGCOM, resolution 42/13/CIR and further applicable rules on the use of aliases (i.e., alphanumeric senderIDs) and with particular attention also to to the set of data that you have to supply to Twilio for the pre-registration by Twilio of the senderiD on the ALIAS database and its approval by AGCOM.
