If your AirPods or AirPods Pro won't connect
If your AirPods or AirPods Pro won't connect to your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, try to pair your AirPods to your device again.
Update your iPhone or iPad to the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, or update your Mac to the latest version of macOS.
Put both AirPods in the charging case and make sure that both AirPods are charging.
Make sure that Bluetooth is on:
On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, then tap Bluetooth.
On Mac, choose Apple menu , then click System Settings. Click Bluetooth.
Take your AirPods out of the charging case and put them in your ears.
Open on your device, then tap or click :
If your AirPods appear in the list of devices, select them, then test them by playing audio from your device. Make sure the volume on your device is turned up.
If your AirPods don't appear in the list of devices, or they do appear but won't connect, go to the next step.
Put both AirPods back in the charging case and close the lid. Wait 15 seconds, then open the lid.
If you're using a Mac, pair your AirPods with your Mac manually. If you're using an iPhone or iPad, do the following, depending on which AirPods you have:
For AirPods 4 (both models) and AirPods 5 (both models), double-tap the front of the case until the status light flashes white.

For AirPods Pro 3, double-tap the front of the case until the status light flashes white.

For all other models, press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until the status light flashes white.

Hold the charging case, with your AirPods inside and the lid open, next to your iPhone or iPad, and follow the steps on the screen.
If you still can't connect, reset your AirPods.
