Locate the In-App Purchases and Subscriptions Section in App Store Connect
App Store Connect displays the In-App Purchases and Subscriptions section on your app's version page when your app has an In-App Purchase or subscription with a Ready to Submit status. To locate the In-App Purchases and Subscriptions section: In Apps, select the app you want to view. In the sidebar, select the app version. On the version page, scroll down to the In-App Purchases and Subscriptions section. For more information, see Submit an In-App Purchase.

Serious issue with Apple and App Encryption Documentation Approval
I have a problem to solve. Wondering if anyone can help me? My app (auto-mobile Apple ID: 6802762195) uses a standard encryption algorithm, instead of using or accessing the encryption within Apple's operating system. So Apple requires you to fill out and submit App Encryption Documentation on appstoreconnect. Well I did that on Sept 5th 2026 and it is now Sept 21 2026 and Apple says “still in review.” So I contacted Apple Support on Sept 12. Asked why "still in review" on Sept 12. Their first reply is on Sept 15: “Your inquiry will be forwarded to Apple’s Export Compliance Department team for review and response.” A week passes and I hear nothing. So I email support again (Sept 18) and their second reply (Sept 21) is: “We currently do not have the right tools to share you the exact information you are looking for. if the status shows "In-review" for you that means "Your binary is currently being reviewed by Apple. If you want to remove your binary from the App Review queue, click Reject Binary". But if I remove the submitted App Encryption Documentation (“binary”) the app will be rejected. So I am kinda confused by Apple’s answers and advice so far. Anyone else have this issue? How did you resolve it? Why is Apple telling me "they don't have the right tools" to investigate the App Encryption Documentation on their own AppStoreConnect? Any input would be amazing... Because I've tried Apple and get no answer... or an answer that would make my app ineligible. Thanks in advance community!

Error 90068: iOS 11 build accepted in early September, now MinimumOSVersion 11.0 is rejected
Hello, I’m looking for clarification and guidance regarding a recent App Store Connect upload validation change that is preventing us from delivering an important bug-fix update to existing users on legacy iOS versions. Our production iOS app has historically supported iOS 11 and later. On August 28, 2026, we successfully uploaded a build with: MinimumOSVersion = 11.0 The upload completed successfully, with warnings only. One of the warnings stated: “MinimumOSVersion too low. This app has a MinimumOSVersion of 11.0. Starting later this year, all iOS apps must have a MinimumOSVersion of 13.0 or later in order to be uploaded to App Store Connect or submitted for distribution.” No specific enforcement date was provided. The same upload also displayed another warning stating: “Starting in Spring 2027, all iOS apps must have a MinimumOSVersion of 15.0 or later…” We subsequently uploaded another build targeting iOS 11 around September 8, and that version was successfully released on the App Store on September 10, 2026. I no longer have a screenshot of the warning from that particular upload, but the build itself was accepted and the corresponding version was released successfully. However, on September 17, 2026, when attempting to upload our next bug-fix build with the same MinimumOSVersion of 11.0, Apple’s server-side validation rejected the build with: Error 90068 “This bundle is invalid. The value provided for the key MinimumOSVersion '11.0' is not acceptable.” This means that the server-side enforcement appears to have changed sometime after our successful upload around September 8 and before September 17. What is especially confusing is that: the previous warning only said that iOS 13 would become mandatory “later this year”, without providing a specific enforcement date; iOS 11 builds were still being accepted in early September, including the build that was released on September 10; the same validation dialog stated that iOS 15 would become mandatory only in Spring 2027; the upload now fails completely before the build reaches App Store Connect or TestFlight. Because validation fails during upload, we cannot submit this build to App Review or request an expedited review. We have already completed a final bug-fix release for our existing legacy iOS users. Our intention is not to continue supporting iOS 11 indefinitely. We plan to increase the minimum supported iOS version after this release. We are only trying to deliver one final bug-fix update to users who already have the application installed on legacy iOS versions. The fix is ready, but affected production users currently have no way to receive it. I opened Apple Developer Support Case ID 102966589079 on September 17, 2026 and sent a follow-up on September 21. So far I have only received automated acknowledgements. The Developer Support case history also shows: “Email with Apple Developer Support — September 19, 2026” but I did not receive any email from Apple on that date. I checked Inbox, Spam/Junk, and Trash. Phone support for this case currently shows: “Phone support is currently unavailable due to high call volumes.” I have attached screenshots showing: the successful August 28 upload with the iOS 13 / iOS 15 warnings; the current Error 90068 rejection; the support case history. Could Apple please clarify: On what exact date did the MinimumOSVersion 13 requirement begin being enforced? Was this enforcement date announced anywhere before it became a hard upload requirement? Is there any supported way to upload one final bug-fix build for existing legacy iOS users? Could Case ID 102966589079 please be routed to the appropriate App Store Connect / Distribution team? Thank you.

Rejection: Guideline 1.5 - Safety
When I was preparing to submit a new application to App Store Connect, I received a rejection message that says the following. The Support URL provided in App Store Connect, https://www.xxx.net/?p=8034, does not direct to a website with information users can use to ask questions and request support. I immediately accessed the website at the said URL. And I saw a comment box after scrolling further down. Shockingly, this is the 2nd time in a year for me to receive this same rejection. Just jump to a conclusion without scrolling further down, huh!? What a group of professional reviewers... I don't think this is a mistake. It must be part of a series of sabotage campaigns that started in March or April of this year.

Advanced Commerce API access request — no response after two submissions (Request ID: UVQ7FUZVV3)
Hello, I'm the developer of FOS Social (Apple ID: 6755471015), a creator-membership marketplace currently in TestFlight. I've submitted the Advanced Commerce API access request form twice and have not received any response, confirmation, or status update. My most recent submission has Request ID: UVQ7FUZVV3. Our use case: FOS Social is a social platform where viewers subscribe to individual content creators through independent auto-renewable monthly subscriptions across three tiers ($10 / $17 / $29). A single viewer must be able to hold concurrent active subscriptions to multiple creators at the same tier — for example, subscribed to Creator A at Gold and Creator B at Gold simultaneously. This matches Apple's stated eligibility model for the Advanced Commerce API: "exceptionally large catalogs of subscription content — apps that include frequently added content from multiple creators, where each creator's offering is merchandised as a single auto-renewable subscription." Why standard StoreKit doesn't work for us: We currently reuse one product ID per tier across all creators (e.g. com.fosssocial.creator.gold.monthly). When a viewer already subscribed to one creator at Gold tries to subscribe to a second creator at Gold, StoreKit returns "already subscribed" and treats it as a renewal rather than a new independent subscription. Pre-creating a separate subscription group per creator in App Store Connect is not feasible since our creator base is dynamic and growing. My questions: Is there any way to check the status of an Advanced Commerce API access request, or a typical response timeframe we should expect? Is there anything that commonly causes these requests to go unanswered (e.g. submission not made by the Account Holder, app still in TestFlight, missing information)? Is there a recommended escalation path when the request form has been submitted multiple times with no reply? I've also opened a support case (Case ID: 102934491974) but wanted to ask here as well in case anyone from the community or Apple has guidance. Thank you!

PerseusTV+ 2.0.0 update Waiting for Review since September 17 - status guidance requested
Hello App Review team, PerseusTV+ version 2.0.0 (build 23), App ID 6751275926, has been Waiting for Review since September 17, 2026 at 8:46 PM (GMT+7). As of September 21, review has not started. Previous updates were usually reviewed much faster. We requested expedited review on September 20, contacted Developer Support, and sent a follow-up. We have not received a request for additional information. Android V2 went live on Google Play last week, but iOS users are still waiting for this update, delaying our cross-platform rollout. Could you please check that the submission is correctly queued, advise whether anything is needed from us, and update us on the expedited request? Have other developers experienced similar delays with updates recently? Thank you for your help.

App "Happyy UAE" Waiting for Review for 11 days - unable to publish for over 2 months
Hello, I'm hoping someone from the App Review team can take a look at our submission. App name: Happyy UAE Latest submission date: 10 September 2026 Current status: Waiting for Review We have been trying to publish this app for more than two months. We addressed the feedback from previous reviews before resubmitting, but the latest submission has now been waiting for 11 days with no feedback, questions, or status change. This delay is holding up our launch. Could someone please check whether the submission is stuck, or let us know if anything else is needed from our side? Thank you for your help.

Create app in Appstore using AppStoreConnect API is giving an error.
Hello Apple Developer Team, I've followed the AppStoreConnect API documentation and created the following: I've created a API Key in App store > Integrations > Teams key, gave the role as admin. Created a valid JWT token When fetching the GET v1/apps, I can see the list of apps. Also I was able to make GET v1/users as well successfully. I've the valid bundle Id and capabilities enabled in the developer portal. Facing an issue while creating an app in App Store using AppStoreConnect API using POST call: This is my ruby script: response = api_request( method: :post, path: "/v1/apps", token: token, body: { data: { type: 'apps', attributes: { name: APP_NAME, primaryLocale: LOCALE, sku: "SKU#{Time.now.to_i}", bundleId: BUNDLE_ID, platform: 'IOS' } } } ) It gives me below error: { "errors": [ { "id": "09b465fc-316f-47b4-9bc3-9c340cb966aa", "status": "403", "code": "FORBIDDEN_ERROR", "title": "The given operation is not allowed", "detail": "The resource 'apps' does not allow 'CREATE'. Allowed operations are: GET_COLLECTION, GET_INSTANCE, UPDATE" } ] } Did anyone was able to successfully create the app in App Store via AppStoreConnect API? Could you please help me identify the root cause for the above issue and provide some inputs so that I could work on resolving them and move forward in the deployment process. Appreciate your help in reviewing this. Thank you, Santosh

App has be in the "Waiting for review status" after the expedited review is accepted.
My app is rejected and I have fixed the issues and resubmitted the app last week. But after 3 days, app status has not changed yet . It should change because I have asked for expedited request and it is accepted. So, what should I do next. Submission ID 61ec5cdd-fe09-4023-8e46-b85988084ef7 App Name- Prime Ferry

2.5 weeks in 'Waiting for Review' for a metadata-only change - is this normal now?
Hi everyone, I'm posting here because I honestly don't know where else to get answers anymore. I've been trying to release my first app for about 2–3 months now, and the review process has been, frankly, a disaster for us. As a first-time publisher I've genuinely tried to do everything by the book — I've read the guidelines carefully, prepared reviewer notes, a demo account, sign-in instructions, everything that's recommended. But here's the pattern I keep running into: Every submission sits in "Waiting for Review" for around two weeks — currently even longer. I know the official expectation is that most apps are reviewed much faster, but that has never once been our experience. When the review finally happens, it stops at the first issue found. Instead of reviewing the whole app once and giving me a complete list of everything that needs fixing, I get exactly one rejection point, I fix it, resubmit — and then wait another two weeks just to learn about the next issue. If I got all findings in one pass, I could address everything in a single build. This one-issue-per-cycle loop is what turns a fixable week of work into months. Right now I've been waiting 2.5 weeks for a metadata-only change (updated store screenshots). No binary change at all. I've contacted App Review support to ask for a status update and have received no response. For context: the same app has been live on Google Play for several weeks and is doing well there. We're not trying to sneak anything past review — we want to comply. We just need to actually be told what to fix, ideally all at once, and to not lose two-plus weeks per iteration. So my questions: Is there any way to get a complete list of issues in one review pass instead of one rejection per cycle? Is a 2+ week "Waiting for Review" time normal right now, or is there something about our account/app that could be causing this? Is there any effective way to get a status update when support doesn't reply? (Expedited review requests haven't helped either.) I understand App Review has to handle enormous volume, and I'm not looking to bash anyone — but as a small developer, this process has been demoralizing. Any advice from people who've been through this, or any pointers from Apple folks who read here, would be hugely appreciated. Thanks.

First Game Submission And Waiting for Review for a While
Hello everyone, This is my first ever game submission to the App Store, so I’m honestly very excited to finally be at this stage. I’ve spent a lot of time working on the game, and seeing it reach the review process for the first time is a really exciting moment for me. The app has now been in “Waiting for Review” for around 5 days. I completely understand that the review process takes time and that Apple’s review team has many submissions to handle. At the same time, since this is my first game and I’m really looking forward to launching it, I’m starting to get a little concerned about the waiting time. I wanted to kindly ask if there is anything I can do from my side to help move the review forward, or if there is any possibility of requesting an expedited review in this situation. I absolutely understand that the normal review process needs to be followed, and I’m not expecting any special treatment. I would just be very grateful if there is anything I can do, or if someone could let me know whether a faster review might be possible. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this, and thank you to everyone who can share their experience or advice. It’s my first game, so I’m both excited and a little nervous about seeing it finally go live. :)

: Stuck on "Unable to Continue" after identity approved
Hey everyone, Two weeks in on this and hoping someone here has actually made it through. My identity verification (passport) got approved. Payment failed the first try, so I fixed my card details and tried again. Since then it's just been "Unable to Continue, contact support at developer.apple.com/contact" every time, iPhone app or Mac app, doesn't matter which. Three different support agents on this case so far. Each one asks for something the last one already had, and it's been quiet for over a week now since anyone actually replied. Anyone been through this exact combo, identity fine, payment fine, still stuck on the same error, and actually gotten past it? Did it fix itself eventually or was there something specific that unstuck it? Appreciate anything you've got.

App Store Connect only offers W-9 for foreign-owned US disregarded LLC — Finance case unanswered
I’m facing the same issue several developers have reported here. I’m a non-US individual and sole owner of a US single-member LLC treated as a disregarded entity. App Store Connect only offers Form W-9, with no W-8 questionnaire or option — including through Business → Agreements → Tax Forms → (+). I cannot truthfully submit the W-9 because it requires certification that the beneficial owner is a US person. I opened an Apple Finance case 10 days ago and have only received the automated acknowledgment. I followed up again requesting escalation to the Tax team. This is now blocking our Paid Apps Agreement and In-App Purchases for an upcoming launch. Has anyone actually resolved this and had Apple enable the correct W-8 workflow? If so, what was the process or escalation path?

W-9 shown for single-member US LLC owned by a non-US individual — should be W-8BEN (disregarded entity)
Hello! I have a new organization-level Apple Developer account and I'm stuck on the Tax Forms step in App Store Connect (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/business). The system is showing me U.S. Form W-9 as the only option, but in my case filling out a W-9 would be incorrect — and I'd appreciate guidance from anyone who has resolved this. My setup: I am a non-US individual (not a US citizen, not a US resident, never lived in the US). I am the sole owner of a single-member LLC registered in the US (set up via Firstbase specifically to distribute a mobile app). For US federal tax purposes, this LLC is a disregarded entity — it's not treated as a separate taxpayer from its owner. Why W-9 is not the correct form in my case: The IRS instructions for Form W-9 explicitly state: "If the owner of the disregarded entity is a foreign person, the owner must complete an appropriate Form W-8 instead of a Form W-9. This is the case even if the foreign person has a U.S. TIN." Form W-9 also requires me to certify, under penalty of perjury, that I am a US person — which I am not. The LLC itself doesn't certify anything on a W-9 because it's disregarded; the IRS looks through to the beneficial owner, who in my case is a foreign individual. The correct form for me should be W-8BEN (Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner — Individuals). What I've already tried: I opened two support cases 4 days ago and have not received a substantive response yet: Apple Developer Support — Case ID: 20000112974233 Ack Tax / Tax category settings — Team ID: 7YYWN3MYCY, Case ID: 19944616 My questions: Has anyone in the same situation (non-US individual, sole owner of a US single-member LLC) successfully switched the tax form from W-9 to W-8BEN inside App Store Connect? If so, how? Is there a specific path in the Business / Tax Forms section to declare the beneficial owner as a foreign individual that I might be missing? Is there an escalation channel beyond the standard support cases for tax-form issues that are blocking onboarding? Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Appeal to the App Review Board pending since September 1 — any status?
Hello, Our app Tuckaway Vault (App ID 6785037716) was rejected under Guideline 5.6 on September 1 (submission d1d4f83f, version 1.0.1 build 5). We filed an appeal with the App Review Board the same day and received the acknowledgment email; Developer Support (case 20000130702484) confirmed on September 2 that the information we had provided reached the review team and that the appeal was pending. We have not received any response since, and App Store Connect still shows the version as rejected. We understand there is no published timeline, and we have not resubmitted or contacted the team through other channels while the appeal is open. Could someone let us know whether the appeal is still under consideration, or whether anything further is needed from us? Thank you.

App has been "In Review" for days - Fear it is stuck in queue
Hello, I submitted version 1.0.11 of my game on September 15th. It was rejected the same day for a metadata issue: my app preview video and description referenced pricing, which is not permitted under Guideline 2.3.7. I made every requested change right away. I replaced the app preview video to remove the pricing reference, rewrote the affected line in both my English and Spanish (Mexico) descriptions, and uploaded a new screenshot set. I resubmitted on September 16th, roughly 18 hours after the rejection. All requested changes were completed before resubmitting, and nothing about the binary changed. That resubmission has now been In Review for more than four days, with no further feedback. It has been five days since the original submission. I also tried to reply to the original rejection message in App Store Connect to confirm that the metadata had been corrected. Every attempt returns a "Validation Error - There was a validation error. Check your entries and try again." dialog, so I have not been able to respond in Resolution Center at all. I assumed resubmitting would serve the same purpose, which is why I went that route. The reason I am asking for help rather than simply waiting is that the version currently live on the App Store contains a launch bug that I have since identified and fixed. On affecte a black screen and never renders, so those users cannot play at all. I have confirmed 19 users currently unable to launch the aaily. The fix is in the build now sitting in review. Every day it waits, more of my existing users are locked out of an app that is For transparency, this submissioconsumable in-app purchases that are being reviewed for the first time. If those are what is holding things up, I am glad to he app version on its own, if that would move it along faster. I just have no way to tell from my side what the hold-up is. Is there anything I can do to heny additional information I can provide? I would appreciate any guidance. Thank you. Application Name: Pixel Reel: Idle Fishing Game Application Bundle: com.crumble. Trying to get through the app review process for 21 days
Hello, I originally submitted my app for review on August 30th. After waiting 12 days, I eventually closed that review request since it was so far behind in updates and published a new app review request. (I recognized after the fact that this was probably a mistake.) After waiting another 5 days, I eventually found that I could request an expedited review, which did have a quick turn-around in terms of feedback. Unfortunately, that was a rejection. The rejection reason is: "Since the app includes tips, tools, predictions or other information related to real money gambling, real money betting, or real money skill-based gaming, you must select 'Yes' for 'Gambling' in App Store Connect." This explanation contradicts what the metadata selection criteria is in the form, which states: "Betting or wagering using real money or in-game currency that may be exchanged for real money." The info icon also states: "May include: casino or card games, sports and non-sports betting, or lotteries and raffles." I originally selected "No" to "Gambling" because my application does NOT allow any form of gambling, and the TOS is clear that no gambling, raffles, or anything else of that nature is allowed on the platform. The application is a poker social network, and it does not provide any more capability that Facebook Instagram, X, or any other social network insofar as gambling goes. Nonetheless, I updated my application metadata to change "Gambling" to "Yes" 3 days ago, almost immediately after I was asked to do so. (Hopefully answering yes does not bite me in the review process since the application does NOT allow gambling.) I have heard nothing more since then, and I'm wondering how long I should wait again to expect to have my app reviewed. Altogether, it's been 21 days so far, and I'm essentially blocked at this point since I am trying to market the app, but have nowhere to point potential users who have Apple devices. Can anyone help get things moving forward for my application? Thank you! Unable to change build attached to version in App Store Connect
I have an app version (1.2.1) in App Store Connect that is showing "Ready for Review" status. It has an old build (1.2.0, build 4) attached to it. I uploaded a new build today (1.2.1, build 5) and need to swap it in, but there is no "+" or "-" button in the Build section of the version page, and clicking the current build number just navigates to its metadata page. I have tried: Creating a new version (1.2.1) — it auto-populated with the old build Uploading a new build with the correct version string — still no option to swap Looking for a "Remove from Review" button — it does not exist on my page Is there a way to detach the current build and attach the new one, or do I need to delete the version and start fresh? If so, will that affect my existing review thread with Apple? Any help appreciated.

App Transfer stuck because if TestFlight
Hi, I am trying to transfer my app to another account, but am not meeting this criteria - I have deleted all the testers and test groups. I have also expired all the builds, however - these most recent builds don't have an expire built button when I open them. I was wondering if anyone else has come across this issue and what is the resolution. Thanks!

Application ID: 6790169029 App Link: https://apps.apple.com Version In Review: 1.0.11 (Build 201) Submitted: September 15, 2026 Resubmitted after metadata fix: September 16, 2026

Thank you! Application Name: PokerNexus Application Bundle: com.pokernexus.app Application ID: 6800184564 Currently Unavailable App Link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/pokernexus/id6800184564
