Our app Tuckaway Vault (App ID 6785037716) was rejected under Guideline 5.6 on September 1 (submission d1d4f83f, version 1.0.1 build 5). We filed an appeal with the App Review Board the same day and received the acknowledgment email; Developer Support (case 20000130702484) confirmed on September 2 that the information we had provided reached the review team and that the appeal was pending.
We have not received any response since, and App Store Connect still shows the version as rejected. We understand there is no published timeline, and we have not resubmitted or contacted the team through other channels while the appeal is open. Could someone let us know whether the appeal is still under consideration, or whether anything further is needed from us?
