This application allows you to access Ivanti Neurons for ITSM & ITAM on your mobile devices, giving you remote access to the application. It currently supports Mobile Analyst and Self Service mobile user role only.

They can contact their customers via phone, email or chat with a tap and update the relevant record with details of the interaction. Easy search and filter capabilities enables them to gain quick access to key information. Applicable for Cloud and On-Premise customers.
